A wealth of sumptuous earth notes, black olive, leather, cured meats, and dried violets. Medium-bodied with a deep flavour that is firmly in the savoury spectrum. A dense mid-palate of salty minerals and dried currants give way to pine forest and underbrush, emerging fresh and energetic on a nice, long finish.
