Two days of skin contact produces a hearty rosé with a depth of texture from the quintessential Paso producer—aromatics of herbs alongside bright citrus and stone and a hint of barley. The palate is lush, ripe and offers up plenty of savoury character to go along with its dwelling on cut strawberries and Rainier cherry flesh. Finishes with a touch of spiciness.
