A delicious pale pink rosé from the Paso Robles icons Tablas Creek. This blend is interesting, with Grenache leading the way, followed by Mourvèdre, Counoise and a surprising Vermentino. The Patelin de Tablas comes from 10 different vineyards but mainly Whalerock. The wine is fresh and zesty. It will drink well alone but has enough spine to be paired with grilled foods for the rest of the summer. Aromas of rhubarb, dandelion greens and cranberry, a lively palate with cut strawberries, crushed chalk, and a zippy finish marked by savoury green herbs.
