Winemaker Peter Bell farms 22ha sustainably, specialising in Riesling, on this former dairy farm where vines were first planted in 1984. This shows a lifted perfume of ripe red apples and floral notes leading to a concentrated tangy apple palate shot through with a bracing seam of yuzu citrus acidity. Easy drinking and squeaky clean, finishing bone dry.
