Disgorged in early March 2023 with four years on the lees from the Long Island sparkling house. The aromatics are undeniably elegant, with hints of cut wild strawberries and shortbread; it remains delicate and fresh with a touch of fresh basil. The palate is fresh, bright and elegant. While aged four years on lees, this wine remains mostly a study in freshness. There is pinpoint ripeness that flashes fleshy apricots balanced with such a light touch and so much freshness. Strawberries and cream, blood orange and red florals complement the wine's precision richness.
