In a style reminiscent of Auselese this is a fleshy Riesling with rich aromatics. Partial botrytis in the harvest leads fantastic balance between sweetness and acidity. Aromas of sweet clover honey, grilled peaches and pineapple give way to fresh mint. The palate brings serious richness. Flavours of candied ginger, candied lemon peel and honeycomb are balanced by a spicy zest that carries to the finish.
