Lushly fruited Riesling from Evan Martin's deft winemaking hand. From own-rooted vines dating to 1973 in the Hyland Block. Beautifully aromatic with fruit and floral character backed by ample stony minerality and notes of petrol. Aromas of pear, peach, and Kaffir lime comingle. The palate is lush and alive. Fruit and stone mineral elements predominate a textured palate that shows age but depth. Beeswax, flint and ripe Bosc pears lead to a finish that lasts forever.
