A broad, fleshy Chardonnay that trades predominantly on its ripe, creamy citrus and peach flavours, with 15% fermented in neutral oak lending a hint of woody structure. The birght acidity keeps this on the right side of the tracks, making it a lovely wine to drink with chicken salads or soft cheeses.
