Paul Champoux has farmed his eponymous vineyard in the Horse Heaven Hills AVA following organic practices for over 20 years, and has provided the fruit for this delicious Cabernet vinified by Powers. It has leafy dark fruits, with a balsamic and chocolatey character and great structure of fine tannins and acidity. 32 months in 55% new French oak.
