Offering plenty to think about, the Picpoul from Yakima's Boushey Vineyard is aromatically loaded towards the savoury side. Hints of petrichor and lime zest lean into savoury thyme, wet cement and beeswax. The palate certainly stings the lips but backs it up with surprising richness. Flavours of dried herbs, crushed limestone, grapefruit, and bright lime meld with a savoury texture, full and rich.
